The scope, timeline, price, and payment schedule for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Where those terms conflict with anything on this page, the signed agreement controls.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to:
- Provide content, brand assets, and account access in a timely manner.
- Give consolidated feedback within the review windows set in your proposal.
- Confirm you hold the rights to any text, images, logos, or other material you supply.
Delays in providing materials or feedback may shift project timelines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by outstanding client items.
Payment
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, project work begins after the initial deposit is received, and final deliverables (including transfer of files or launch to a production domain) are released once the balance is paid in full. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, or monthly reporting bill on the cycle stated in your agreement and continue until cancelled in writing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layouts, code, and the Assure Studios name and logo — is owned by Assure Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
For client work, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components used to build them, and we retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Third-Party Services
Our work may involve third-party platforms and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, analytics tools, and scheduling software. These are governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their pricing or policies, or any loss arising from their use.
Results and Performance
We track progress against agreed SMART goals and report on it honestly. However, search rankings, traffic, and conversion outcomes depend on factors outside our control — including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, and your own operations. Nothing on this site or in our reporting is a guarantee of specific results, revenue, or rankings.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. If you cancel a project in progress, you remain responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date, and deposits already paid are non-refundable. Recurring services remain billable through the end of the current billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability
This website and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assure Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to that claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
